MTS Consulting are consultants for MEP services for Smart Mall in Birkirkara.

The property will house a shopping mall with several retail outlets and eateries, as well as a newly-designed Smart Supermarket.

Five floors of underground parking will be created for easy access to the complex, and this will create a positive impact on traffic on Naxxar Road in Birkirkara.

The Smart Mall project will take place over four phases and the supermarket will remain open throughout each phase.
