Comino Hotel and Villas

MTS have been appointed local MEP consultants for the Comino Hotel and Villas.

The project has been entrusted to MTS Consulting working alongside architects Belvedere Architecture and ARUP who are leading the sustainable design of MEP services.

The project is to achieve net zero carbon operation. All sewage will be treated on site so that no effluent will be discharged to sea. There will also be grey water recycling, photovoltaic arrays and various measures to reduce cooling including natural cross ventilation, thermal mass and low energy consumption devices.
